HRIS CONSULTANT (SUCCESSFACTORS)

How you will contribute

• Lead the reinstallation, configuration, and continuous optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors environment
• Manage end-to-end implementations (reimplementations) of modules such as Learning Management (LMS) and Onboarding, Recruitment, Compensation
• Drive the enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of core modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, and Compensation)
• Act as the bridge between technical system configuration and everyday HR operations, ensuring the platform is both technically sound and highly user-friendly
• Analyze current HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate them into effective, streamlined system workflows
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and architecture guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system adoption, providing training and support to HR teams and end-users

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful SuccessFactors implementations (experience launching modules such as Learning Management and Onboarding is highly preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with maintaining and optimizing Employee Central (EC), Recruitment, and Compensation and other modules
• Deep technical knowledge of HRIS architecture combined with a strong, user-oriented mindset
• Experience with system re-implementations, platform optimization, and process redesign
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Very good English (Czech language skills are beneficial)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
